Owned by Husband and Wife duo Sharron Bond-Hogg and Darren Hogg, Kekuli Cafe (which has two locations in BC; Merritt and West Kelowna) offers visitors a variety of aboriginal dishes, including Bannock – traditional bread of the Nlaka’pa’mux Indigenous Culture. It doesn’t matter if you prefer sweet or savoury; there’s something new for everyone to try! Some favourites include the Saskatoon berry, cinnamon sugar and cream cheese Skor, the breakfast bannock sandwich and the signature frybread tacos.
Wine and Dine in the Okanagan Valley
The Okanagan Valley is home to many wineries with some pretty heavenly options on offer – if you’re a lover of full-flavoured whites like Pinot Gris and Viognier and earlier ripening reds, you’ll be happy here!
